MEN OF VISION (MOV)

Men of Vision is the laymen’s programme of Open Bible Standard Churches. It is a Christian fraternity of men, having a spiritual vision of what can be accomplished through various endeavours, and dedicated to serving the Lord with practical action.

Men of Vision is international in scope, fellowship and activity.

PURPOSES

1. The primary purpose of Men of Vision is to “Win men to Christ”, accomplishing this through the medium of fellowship.
2. To strengthen one another in the Christian experience, and encourage personal testimony.
3. To promote active participation in the fields of evangelism, extension, missions, and education.
4. To promote understanding and a sprite of love between other Open Bible Standard men in our fellowship.
5. To formulate a corp of voluntary workers to assist in the home church, and other churches.
6. To make men aware of their divine appointment as spiritual leaders of their household, their church, and their communities.

GOAL

The goal of Men of Vision is to use every man in Open Standard Churches to proclaim Christ to a lost and dying world. There is no greater power in the church today than a group of consecrated men who will put God first, others second and themselves last.

MOTTO

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.” Matt. 5:16

THE VISION

Two thousand years of church history have demonstrated the fact that the Christian laity, when set aflame by the spirit if sacrifice for Christ, is greater than armies.

Today is a day for action! The world needs the best men, doing their utmost to promote God’s programme on the earth.

These ministers without a pulpit, and shepherds without a flock, are capable of doing tremendous things for the Lord.
