Women Of Worth (WOW)

The purpose of the Women’s Department is to unite the women of Open Bible Standard Churches in spiritual fellowship; to cultivate the missionary spirit; to deepen the spiritual life of its members; promoting Christian service in the home, community, local church and association.

 The WOW promotes a programme to help in the development of young girls called Visionettes.  Membership is open to all Open Bible Standard women.  Both the Women’s an Men’s group are dedicated to the development of the local church, the upkeep of the church ground an facilities, helping other Open Bible Churches in need with special emphasis on new churches which are being established, reaching the needy, and doing anything else essential to the advancement of the ministry of the church. They can adopt constitution an by-laws to govern and guide their groups, which constitution and by-laws shall be approved by the Church Board.
